For the past three years, T.E.A.M.S. Coaching has been helping students and families navigate adolescence through personalized mentoring, coaching, workshops, and character development programs. Built on more than 20 years of experience as a teacher, coach, principal, mentor, and parent, T.E.A.M.S. Coaching has become a trusted resource for developing confident, capable, and resilient young people.
The T.E.A.M.S. Coaching Growth Academy is the next evolution of that mission. Rather than replacing our mentoring program, the Growth Academy expands it — bringing the proven strategies, lessons, and coaching approaches from T.E.A.M.S. Coaching into a flexible digital learning experience that students and families can access anytime, anywhere.
The Academy allows more students to benefit from the same practical life skills and character-building strategies that have been the foundation of the T.E.A.M.S. Coaching program. Every course is designed to create lasting growth through engaging video lessons, parent companion videos, interactive workbooks, self-reflection activities, goal setting, and assessments — and students earn a Certificate of Completion upon successfully completing each course.
Learning continues beyond the courses through the T.E.A.M.S. Coaching Growth Academy Community, where students participate in ongoing challenges, apply skills in everyday life, earn points, unlock achievements, and receive recognition for their commitment to personal growth. Additional Growth Systems and specialized courses are currently in development, giving students new opportunities to build essential life skills and keep progressing throughout their journey.
